EVERY RESIDENT NEEDS A NEW CARD - AND ACCOUNT!
CommunityPass is a secure site that the Town of Clarkstown is now using for program and facility registrations.
**If you already have a CommunityPass account from another organization or community, please use your existing username and password to log in and register to programs offered through this organization. You do not need to create a new account.**
YOU MUST COME IN TO OUR OFFICE TO SHOW US YOUR PROOF(S) OF RESIDENCY!
If you own your home, please bring in your Driver’s license with the current address on it. If you are a current renter, you MUST provide 3 forms of residency!(see list below) If you are unable to provide a license with your current address please also bring one of the following:
1. Driver’s License
2. Car Registration – Name and Address
3. Car Insurance
4. Any recent utility bill (ie: O & R, cable, water, cell phone)
5. Tax Statement-W2
6. Current pay stub with address
7. Medical Insurance Statement; explanation of benefits
8. Social Security Statement (not the SS card)
We DO NOT accept leases or rental agreements, credit card statements, or bank statements!
Residents who are NOT the home owner and/or are over the age of 18 must prove their own residency.
